Strawberry & Chicken Toss
Steamed or grilled spring asparagus would be a nice addition to this fresh, quick salad.
8 cups baby spinach leaves
2 cups coarsely chopped Gold'n Plump® Deli Rotisserie Chicken
1-1/2 cups halved small fresh strawberries
1/3 cup walnut pieces, toasted
1/4 cup (1 ounce) crumbled goat, feta, or blue cheese
1/3 cup bottled balsamic vinaigrette or creamy poppyseed dressing
Arrange spinach on four plates. Top with chicken, strawberries, walnuts, and cheese.
Drizzle salads with dressing.
