Spiced Chicken Wings
These tasty, spiced wings get their flavor from a coating of nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and ground cloves.
SPICE MIXTURE
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
CHICKEN
3 pounds (35 to 40) Gold'n Plump® Chicken Wingettes & Drummettes
Preheat oven to 450°F. Line jelly-roll pan (15”x10”x1”) with foil.
Combine all spice mixture ingredients in a small bowl. Put chicken in a zip-seal plastic bag. Sprinkle spice mixture into bag over chicken. Seal bag and shake to coat chicken.
Remove frozen, coated chicken from bag and place wings in a single layer in prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken and continue to bake for about 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Serve these wings with tomato chutney or a fresh fruit salad.
