Short Stop Parmesan Chicken
A local favorite originating from a hometown restaurant and grill in St. Cloud, MN.
3/4 cup dried bread crumbs
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 to 5 (2 pounds) Gold'n Plump® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup melted butter
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a large, rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
Stir together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
Dip the chicken breasts into the butter. Then press into the bread crumb mixture to lightly coat all sides.
Place the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
