Honey BBQ Wings
Cook these wings over the campfire to serve as a before-supper appetizer. At home, a grill cooks them nicely, too.
3 pounds (35 to 40) Gold'n Plump® Chicken Wingettes and Drummettes
1/4 cup honey barbecue sauce
Prepare the grill. Position the grill rack about 6 inches above the coals or heat source.
Place the drummettes on the grill and brown for about 7 to 8 minutes per side or until thoroughly cooked.
Turn off the grill. Brush the drummettes with the barbecue sauce. Let them rest on the grill for about 10 minutes. (If cooking over a campfire, move to a cool part of the fire and watch very carefully, turning the drummettes frequently.)
