Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 to 6 (2 pounds) Gold'n Plump® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 jar (48 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1 package (16 ounces) spaghetti
2 cups coarsely shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 13” x 9” baking pan with cooking spray.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned but not thoroughly cooked.

Place chicken in the prepared baking pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken.

Cover dish with foil. Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

When chicken has been in the oven for 30 minutes, cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain well.

Remove chicken from oven. Turn oven setting to broil, leaving oven rack in the same position. Uncover chicken and sprinkle with cheese. Broil chicken for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.

Serve chicken mixture over spaghetti.

Variations

Sprinkle 1 jar (4-1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms over the chicken before topping with the sauce.
