Wonderful One-Dish Chicken Bake
This chicken recipe takes just minutes and one dish to assemble, making it perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.
1 box (6 ounces) stuffing mix
1-2/3 cups water
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup sour cream
3 to 4 (1 pound) Gold'n Plump® Boneless Skinless Breasts
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a 9”x9” baking pan with cooking spray.
Stir together all the stuffing mix ingredients and water in a medium bowl; let stand for 5 minutes.
Stir together the soup and sour cream in a small bowl.
Arrange the chicken breasts in the prepared pan. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken. Top with the stuffing mixture.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
