Grilled Blackened Chicken Breast Tenders
These tenders make a tempting appetizer when served with a sauce or salsa for dipping.
1 pound Gold'n Plump® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenders
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon steak blackening seasoning, such as Blackened Steak Magic
Prepare grill. Position grill rack about 6 inches above coals.
Thread one chicken tender onto each skewer.
Stir together butter and seasoning in small bowl. Use a brush to coat all sides of chicken with mixture.
Place skewers on grill rack over glowing coals. Grill for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked.
The chicken can be cooked on twelve 6- to 8-inch bamboo skewers. To prevent them from burning and darkening on the grill, soak the bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes before threading on the chicken.
